The first GreenTech which ran from 10 to 12 June in Amsterdam was a success for Dutch Plantin. The international trade show for horticulture technology gave us the opportunity to meet existing relationships face to face and to establish new international contacts.

Plans for more production capacity
We took the opportunity during GreenTech to discuss our plans for the future. “We’re continuously evolving,” says Siby Joseph, managing director of Dutch Plantin Coir India Pvt Ltd. “The demand for stable quality coco peat at a competitive price is high. Particularly with experienced growers. Dutch Plantin meets this demand by offering 5 kg blocks, briquettes and growbags. Not only do we specialise in bulk volumes with a consistent quality which we sell on the open market, we also like to continuously look at opportunities to increase our production capacity. It is no coincidence that we are the largest exporter of coco peat.”
