The Dutch national football team and Dutch Plantin are putting the Netherlands on the map

We are sure it won’t have escaped your attention; the Dutch football team has managed to reach the finals of the World Cup in South Africa. We will be facing Spain next Sunday at 20-30 pm in Johannesburg. It will undoubtedly be a difficult match, but no matter what happens, the Dutch national football team has certainly had an excellent tournament. It goes without saying that we at Dutch Plantin are very proud of our team’s performance. It certainly shows what a major role such a small country can play.

International stage
There is another international stage where the Netherlands stands out: that of substrates and raw materials for potting soil. Whilst the Dutch football team is completely focussed on winning the World Cup, Dutch Plantin is focussing on pioneering research into new raw materials for potting soil. Raw materials with a different structure, better growth results and an environmentally friendly character. We hope we will soon be able to present you with the initial results.

New type of grow bag
Motivation is an excellent quality. This is evident with Oranje as a result of their extraordinary team performances; at Dutch Plantin this is shown by a constant drive to continue to improve products. This is why we are currently carrying out important tests with a new type of grow bag, which will stimulate the growth performance of vegetables and fruit even more so than the previous grow bags. We are conducting trials with tomatoes and peppers, which will allow us to gain representative insights into the capacities of this new product. It goes without saying that we will keep you informed of the latest developments surrounding this grow bag!
