Strawberry growers choose coconut fibre substrate
The demand for our coco coir products has grown especially in the strawberry sector. It is no secret that almost all strawberry growers outside of the Netherlands cultivate on coco coir mats in tunnels. A logical choice: there are no rotten fruits above or on top of the moist coco coir in the varieties with short trusses. Everbearers generally have short fruit branches at first.
