Coconut blocks are also sometimes called coco peat or coconut pith. As the name suggests, the blocks are made from coconut. Our products consist of 100% coconut husk, coconut fibers, or coconut chips, making it a 100% natural growing medium, specially formulated to meet your specific cultivation needs.

The advantage of Dutch Plantin is that we produce large quantities of coconut husk, ensuring the quality is always uniform and stable. We offer two types of coconut blocks: 5-kilogram blocks washed and 5-kilogram blocks buffered/washed.

These are then packaged on pallets or loose in a container. Our coconut blocks are usually in stock and therefore quickly deliverable!

Coconut Briquettes in Different Sizes

In addition to blocks, we also offer coconut briquettes. The standard briquettes (washed) are 650 grams and can be ordered directly from us. But we also have special types such as briquettes measuring 14 x 14 centimeters (6-8 ENltr) and for retail 5 x 10 ENltr.

5 Kilo Blocks

We also have 5-kilo blocks of coconut chips and mixes in our assortment. These consist of 100% coconut, a mix of coconut chips and husk. The Optima mixes are available in a desired ratio.

Coconut Fiber Mix

This is our latest product. It is a balanced mix of coconut husk and fibers of a length between 3 – 4 centimeters. This product promotes good rooting and improves the moisture transport of potting soil. Coconut fiber mix is buffered and washed in the Netherlands, available in bulk. In India, we supply only semi-washed 5-kilo blocks.

Grow Bags

We can tailor grow bags entirely to your needs! We are happy to advise you on the ideal mix for your cultivation. Grow bags can be composed in the following ways:

• Premium: this is a coconut mat that consists of coconut husk with a layer of coconut chips.
• Optima: a mix of coconut husk and chips.
• Classic: 100% coconut husk.
• New Unique! Ozone types of coconut: neither fine nor coarse, but still 40-50% air!
• Loose Coconut: these are 50-liter bags of coconut husk. These are not pressed, so they are ready for immediate use!
