Dutch Plantin unterst\u00fctzt diese Initiative bereits seit 2016 von ganzem Herzen. Unsere letzte Spende wurde f\u00fcr den Bau und die Einrichtung einer neuen Schule neben dem Udavum-Karangal-Krankenhaus verwendet. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Grundstein<br \/>\n<\/strong>Die neue Schule, das Jeevan Community College, wird bald aus acht gro\u00dfen und vier kleineren Klassenr\u00e4umen im ersten Stock bestehen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es Platz f\u00fcr ein Labor, einen Multifunktionssaal einschlie\u00dflich Bibliothek, einen Speisesaal, ein Auditorium und ein paar B\u00fcror\u00e4ume. Und der Anfang ist gemacht: Ende April 2021 hat Steven Vidyaakar von der Stiftung Udavum Karangal den Grundstein gelegt. Dank eines Priesters, der das Ritual Bhoomi Pooja durchgef\u00fchrt hat, wurde dies zu einem ganz besonderen Moment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ritual bringt Wohlstand und Gl\u00fcck<br \/>\n<\/strong>Das Ritual Bhoomi Pooja wurde durchgef\u00fchrt, um die G\u00f6ttin Bhoomi (Mutter Erde) und Vastu Purusha (Gott der Architektur) zu ehren, das Bauland zu reinigen und Wohlstand und Gl\u00fcck zu bringen. Au\u00dferdem hat der vedische Experte Vastu Shastra den richtigen Standort f\u00fcr die Geb\u00e4ude bestimmt, in der nord\u00f6stlichen Ecke des Baugel\u00e4ndes. Danach wurde mithilfe von Ritualen das Gleichgewicht zwischen den f\u00fcnf Elementen der Natur hergestellt: Wasser, Feuer, Erde, Luft und Leere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obst, Blumen, Weihrauch und eine Streichholzschachtel<br \/>\n<\/strong>Steven Vidyaakar setzte sich dem Ritual entsprechend in eine Grube, die in nord\u00f6stlicher Richtung der Baustelle ausgehoben wurde. Auf einer Erh\u00f6hung standen einige G\u00f6tterbilder wie zum Beispiel von Ganesha und Lakshmi, und eine Kokosnuss wurde mit einem roten Tuch bedeckt. Nach dem Ritual wurden f\u00fcnf Limonen zerdr\u00fcckt, in allen vier Ecken und in der Mitte des Baugel\u00e4ndes. Obendrein kamen unter anderem Kurkumapulver, Kampfer, Sandelholzpulver, Weihrauchst\u00e4bchen, Obst, Blumen, Datteln, \u00d6l, eine lange wei\u00dfe Decke, eine Streichholzschachtel, eine Lampe und Baumwolldochte zum Einsatz. Danach legte Steven den Grundstein. Ein tolles Ritual f\u00fcr eine genauso tolle Initiative.
