Fruit Logistica, the fruit and vegetable trade fair that matters worldwide, was held in Berlin from 6 up to and including 8 February. Dutch Plantin was one of the 3,300 exhibitors. The topic of the day at the trade fair: coconut substrate as the ultimate breeding ground for blueberries.<\/p>\n

The application of one hundred per cent pure coconut substrate for growing blueberries is increasing rapidly. Where many growers were reluctant to grow blueberries on coconut substrate till recently, keen interest was shown at the trade fair now.
