Zowel in Nederland als India produceert Dutch Plantin kokos van hoge kwaliteit, uniform en stabiel. In Nederland grotendeels gebufferde en in India vooral gewassen of (puur natuurlijke) niet-gewassen kokos, afhankelijk van de behoefte van de klant. Door ons te houden aan internationale regels in combinatie met eigen kwaliteitsbewaking borgen we een goede kwaliteit en productiestructuur van bron tot eindproduct.<\/p>\n

Met oog voor kwaliteit en duurzaamheid <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ons hele traject vindt om te beginnen plaats volgens de regels opgesteld door de RHP en onder strenge controle van de ECAS. Daarnaast is onze grootste productiesite IMO-gecertificeerd. Dit Zwitserse certificaat staat voor biologische productie en een volledig natuurlijke verdere behandeling van onze kokosproducten. Bovendien mogen we sinds 2015 kokos produceren voor USDA-\/NOP-gecertificeerde teeltbedrijven. Deze ontwikkeling naar duurzamere productie past perfect in de visie van Dutch Plantin. Ons streven is het leveren van een 100% natuurlijk kokosproduct, dat geschikt is om meerdere jaren succesvol op te telen.<\/p>\n

Alle onze niet-gebufferde kokos; de gewassen of niet-gewassen varianten ten behoeve van de tuinbouw, produceren we op dezelfde locaties. Hiermee garanderen we de kweker kwaliteit en succes.<\/p>\n

Steeds beter en duurzamer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dutch Plantin heeft per jaar heel veel kokos nodig. Om duurzamer te produceren en de kwaliteit hoog te houden, kijken we zeer kritisch naar de herkomst en productiewijze van deze grondstof. Ook richten we ons continu op verbetering van onze eigen productieprocessen.<\/p>\n

\nDe laatste jaren brachten we de hoeveelheid calciummeststof per m3<\/sup> al fors terug. Door in zowel Nederland als India grote stappen te zetten in mechanisering. Ook transporteren we de kokos in geperste vorm. Om ruimte, aantal containers en dus brandstof te besparen. Al onze kokos is daarnaast zongedroogd en niet thermisch (met gebruik van gas).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
